KRISTEN J. SENATORE

Kristen was born and raised in Staten Island, New York.  She was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend.  She was the life of the party, and everyone that knew her was amazed at her outgoing personality and her desire to help others.

Growing up Kristen had a passion for dance. She danced competitively for 18 years, even competing at Disney World where her team won the competition. She later worked with young dancers as a instructor.

Kristen was a prankster and everyone who knew her experienced endless laughter and fun. She was kind, selfless, caring, loving and full of zest.

She was relentless in her pursuit of whatever the mission of the day was. Finding ways to "get it done" came naturally to her.  She was always bouncing ideas around looking for ways to improve on the ordinary.

Kristen was a graduate of St. Joseph by the Sea High School, and received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wagner College.  She went on to be a recent graduate of St. Paul's School of Nursing in Staten Island, New York.  Nursing became not only a goal, but truly a calling for her.  Her chosen profession speaks volumes about Kristen's personality.

She was also an avid sports fan, and was well known for cheering for her favorite athlete, Peyton Manning, no matter which team he played on. Several years back, Kristen's dream of meeting Peyton came true, and it was one of the most exciting experiences of her life.

Tragically, she was taken too soon as she passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the young age of 25. She will be forever missed, and the world is less fortunate without her.
